Brown Dove team members bring a passion for race and social justice and health equity. Our team works with clients to explore root causes that lead to inequality, indifference, structural and institutional racism. We focus on race based harm reduction strategies, employee and community well-being.
We artfully facilitate difficult conversations in ways that keeps stakeholders at the table and engaged. We are equally concerned with maintaining dignity for stakeholders while addressing difficult subject matter and issues related to race, equity and inclusion.
We offer employee focus groups, race and gender equality analysis, stakeholder outreach and engagement and policy analysis. Additionally, through Brown Dove Wellness, we provide health initiative development, adult and youth sports activities, workplace and community wellness programs including: fitness classes (in-person and online), accountability groups, and positive mental health conversations through our counseling partners.
What sets us apart, is our commitment to work with clients to plan for alternative outcomes and solutions prior to engagement. Our goal is to move from awareness to action, so at the conclusion of difficult conversations, there is always a plan for moving forward.
