Statement of Purpose

Brown Dove Enterprises works to advance racial equity through transforming local government entities by working with clients to build organizational capacity for racial equity work and employee wellness. This is accomplished through employee focus groups, policy analysis and building organizational infrastructure in order to accelerate human capacity for change. 

Most people expect fairness and equality from our local government. Inadequate attention to unequal gender opportunities, including the marginalization of women in the workplace, poor human capital investment, wage gaps and shrinking environmental limits, threaten individual, community and organizational progress. It is the goal of Brown Dove consulting to work with and within organizations to dismantle historic institutional racism and inequality that may impact internal and external stakeholders.
