Ashley Ramires began her health and fitness journey back in May of 2019 when she found herself at her highest weight. Despite always being active in the past, the stress of life and working multiple jobs left her with very little time to truly care, nourish and heal her body in a way she needed. One day she found herself being sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to make a change that would soon propel her weight loss success. After 8 months of consistent hard work, dedication along with quality supplements and nutrition, Ashley was able to lose 40 pounds. Through this transformation, she was able to gain not only her confidence back, but also love and gratitude for her body and what she was capable of overcoming. Out of this, Ashley grew a passion and drive to help others become the best version of themselves. Being an entrepreneur and serving her community, she learned early on there is a gap when it comes to equitable health and fitness opportunities. Her hope is to provide education along with affordable options to supplements and nutrition.
